How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will take between 10-24 Days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched if you live in the USA or Canada. For international customers, please allow 3 weeks- 6 weeks. It may be longer during Holiday season due to higher demand for products.

Please note delivery times may vary according to different country’s customs restrictions (we wish this didn't happen). And If the Custom Holds your Order for a longer period of time there is nothing we can do about it.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide to ensure that every customer can enjoy their shopping experience with us. You're the most important part of our business after all!

What are your shipping times?

Please check specific product pages for their specific shipping times. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on your country and our current order volume. Please note that during high demand periods, shipping time can be a little slower.

Where is my tracking number?

After your purchase we will process your order, after your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number. This process usually takes 1-4 days, but can be delayed during high volume periods.

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Apple pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

We do not offer cancellations.

We work very quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click "complete order".

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of the product, we do not allow returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we may resolve your issue. Please check our Refund & Return Policy Page for more info.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping details?

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to allow any changes once your order has been shipped. If your order is marked as returned to sender, we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee of $10 USD. Do ensure you update us via email at with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.
